1. Is Folklore Haunted House really scary?
Yes. Folklore Haunted House has been designed by professional Fear Engineers to be an intense and very scary experience.
2. Is there an age limit?
Folklore Haunted House is not recommended for children less than 13 years of age and children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Parents know their children best and they should decide for themselves about what is appropriate.
3. Will I be touched or grapbbed by monsters?
No. The monsters will not try to touch or grab you. If they do touch you it will be accidental and due to being in the dark and in close quarters or due to people in your group getting scared and pushing you toward the monsters.
4. Is Folklore Haunted House open if it rains?
Yes. Folklore Haunted House is always open even if it rains. The attraction is indoors and we have an indoor queue line that can hold 150 people.
5. How long does it take to go through the Folklore Haunted House?
How fast can you run? It takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes not counting wait times.
6. What time do I need to arrive to have enough time to go through Folklore haunted House?
As long as you purchase your ticket before the box ofice closes you will be able to enter Folklore Haunted House. The attraction will not close until everyone who has a ticket has gone through.
7. Do the lines get really long at Folklore Haunted House?
The lines can get long on Friday and Saturday nights. We recommend that you try to come early on Friday and Saturday nights or come on a week night for the shortest wait times. We also recommend the RIP speed pass to shorten the wait time.
8. Are there things to eat at Folklore Haunted House?
Yes. There will be food concessions onsite.
9. Can I buy tickets online?
Yes. You can buy tickets online. Click the Buy Tickets Now button located on the menu bar to purchase tickets online.
10. Can I buy tickets to Folklore Haunted House in advance?
Yes. You can buy tickets in advance online by clicking the Buy Tickets Now button located on the menu bar. You can also buy tickets at the box office any time the haunt is open.
11. What is the RIP Speed Pass?
The RIP Speed Pass ticket allows you to enter the attraction with a significantly reduced wait time. Wait times vary depending on how busy the park is at the time you buy the speed pass but your wait should be at less than half the wait of the regular line or even less.
12. Does Folklore Haunted House offer group discounts?
Group discounts are available via online ticket purchase only. Purchase blocks of 15 tickets for $255.00. This is a savings of $5.00 per ticket.
13. Is there plenty of parking at Folklore Haunted House?
Yes. There is plenty of parking at the haunt.
14. Is there an ATM at the haunt?
No. But there are several nearby and the box office does accept credit cards.
19. Can I get a refund if I decide I am too scared to enter the haunted houses or I do not make it all the way through?
No. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
20. Are there any rules or limitations that I should be aware of?

RULES WHILE IN THE ATTRACTIONS
• No smoking, eating or drinking.
• No use of electrical devices including cell phones, flashlights or laser pointers.
• No photography or videotaping.
• No illuminated objects.
• No running, pushing or shoving.
• No touching of props or performers.
• No sharp objects, weapons or firearms.
You will not be admitted if you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
If you violate any of these rules you may be asked to leave the park without a refund.

Folklore Haunted House is an intense theatrical experience. You will experience loud noises, bright lights, dark spaces, strobe lights and fog machines as well as damp or wet conditions and a physically demanding environment with possible uneven terrain.
You should not enter if you are pregnant, have problems with claustrophobia, have heart, back or neck conditions, are prone to seizures, have respiratory problems or any other physical or mental limitation that will impair your ability to experience this attraction.
Visitors to Folklore Haunted House understand that there is an inherent risk in entering the haunted attractions.
In consideration and acceptance of admission to Folklore Haunted House visitors agree to release the operator, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and land owner from any liability for harm, injury, death or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from visiting Folklore Haunted House.
